Mr. Soon-Woo Hong, a senior patent attorney. Mr. Hong practiced for nineteen years as a patent examiner in the Information, Communication and Computer fields in KIPO, for three years as a trial examiner in the KIPT (Korean Industrial Property Tribunal), and for one year as a technical examiner in the KPC (Korean Patent Court). He served for two years as a counselor of the SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) Division of the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). He retired as a head of the E-Commerce Department of KIPO on February 20, 2008.
Mr. Hae-Joong KIM, a senior patent attorney, practiced in KIPO for thirteen years, including nine years as a patent examiner, one year as a trial examiner in KIPT, and three years as a technical examiner in KPC. During his practice as a patent examiner in KIPO, he examined patent applications in different technical fields, including Automobile, Machine Tool & Robot fields. Also, he was a head of the Air Conditioning Machinery Examination Division and a head of the Automobile Examination Division.
Mr. Suk-Woon YOON, a senior patent attorney,
